I can’t believe I am in the third trimester already! Seems like it has been a really long time and also just an instant.
Things are going well. I still don’t look [pregnant. When I was talking to a woman at work about being pregnant she thought I was just pregnant and was shocked when I toldher I was due in May. She thought I was going to say I was due in October!
My tummy does do wierd little alien movements that I am amazed to sit and watch. It’s kind of surreal. However, I am the only one who really gets to feel her move. She can be kicking up a storm and as soon as someone touches my belly all movement stops. The one exception was at my doctors appointment last Tuesday when she kicked the doppler away from the doctors hand when we was listening for her heartbeat.
I am feeling some pain in my ribs and back from things moving, but most of the time it is liveable thanks to my chiropractor. I think I need to go for a massage one of these days. I do believe I deserve to be pampered.
We have a busy few weeks coming up. The end of the month brings my dads b-day, then March is full of fun. Being Irish, St Pats is a big holiday in the family. We have tickets to an Irirsh dance show on the 7th. I have a chiro appt on the 9th, we start childbirth classes on the 11th, OB appointment on the 12th and a parade ( which we march in) and lunch at an Irish place on the 14th. April will be here before I know it!
